“BEING Through The Negative”

Being Through the Negative

What do you want in your life?  Do you want worry and fear?  Not if you are of healthy and sound mind.  As you do not want the undesired elements of life, do not focus upon them, attach to them, and do not become them.  Become alert to negative thoughts and emotions and give them space.  Bring them into an awareness that causes them to lose power.  If the power of negative thought is diluted through noticing, then the power of positive – the power of Natural Being – will flourish.  Positive feelings and emotions are at our source; they are the truth of our Natural Being, and they are as natural to us as they are natural to a healthy child, a playful puppy, or a frolicking foal.

It is important to recognize the negative and make changes within yourself by redirecting, softening and letting go.  Do not hide from or distract yourself from the negative; recognize it, be aware of it, then let it go and let it pass; let the negative have no hold upon you and take no action to hold it.  Hiding or escaping from negative just allows it to return another day, so deal with the negative in the one and only moment that is real – now. Learn to gently replace negative with positive, and have faith in your truth.  You are not your thoughts, so don’t waste time worrying about or protecting the thought constructed ego.  Trust in your natural state of being, your truth, and give valuable room for the growth of improved emotions and thoughts.

When I learned to look at my negative thoughts from the viewpoint of an observer it was liberating.  I would say, “There is fear… oh, there is anxiousness again….”  I smile now.  “These thoughts are not me,” I say now, and I grow.  I have largely removed the fuzzy side of the Velcro equation inside of me: the situations and constructs out there may have barbs on them and desire to cling, but if I am not the other side of the Velcro equation, they have nothing to cling to.  I spend as much time as I can in my natural state of being, use directed thought for planning and developing purposeful action, and use the techniques and tools of this system to resonate with what I desire in life; as a result, my health, wealth, and happiness continue to increase immensely!  I am so grateful.

It has to be said again: ego is at the source of so much discord.  Do yourself a great service and find ways to soften and diffuse it greatly.   Ego of course wants to continue and likely will to some degree, so be firm that continuance from this point forward will be based upon proper conduct.  You are not your story, so live now and not in your past.  Do not allow past conditioning, limiting beliefs or the need to exert your bounded self gain the upper hand on your inherent desire to resonate with, focus upon, and Be affluent.  If something bad happens, let it be then let it go.  Direct thought to positive and employ a silent mind whenever you are able, and as soon as you are able after any tumult.  Don’t hold anything any longer than it is.  Let go of your thoughts when they are not purposefully directed, and return to your natural state often. By raising your vibration through directed thought, loosening your ego, and learning to be in silence, you will receive the rest, the information, inspiration, and wisdom necessary to develop your purpose and gracefully realize your desires.
